Best mall in Odaiba

I've decided to check odaiba in my tokyo trip. When I arrive there, besides going to Kaihin koen, I'd like to dine at a shopping mall. Which is the best? I've heard about Venus fort, Aqua City,Diver city and Decks tokyo beach. Prefereably one that closes later/ has a large diversity of restaurants/Has a nice view to rainbow bridge/ The majority of shops is japanese.

For views of Rainbow Bridge, that narrows it down to Decks and Aqua City, and Aqua City has far more choices. I quite like Hibiki: http://www.bento.com/rev/2330.html but there are several other options.
