Visit "JR Ochanomizu station area" towards "Jimbo-cho book street"(not the University Hospital side). There are many of new & used instrumental shops there.

年式(nen-shiki)： made year [年代(nen-dai)] means "'s" (ex 1970's).

I'm sure instrument stores such as Ishibashi-gakki in Ochanimizu area must have Aria guitars.
I think it's more convenient to visit Ochanimizu than Shibuya or Shinjuku instrument stores. If you can't find it in Ochanomizu, I don't think you can find it in anywhere else.
