May I ask if there are eateries serving the famous Beppu cold ramen at JR Beppu Station?
I will be stopping over for lunch before continuing my journey to Yufuin.

Has a staff who can speak English and Chinese. http://r.gnavi.co.jp/n6jfnpsv0000/Rather than cold ramen, there is Reimen(冷麺）. Reimen is famous Beppu. Wheat flour and buckwheat flour is the main raw material. The store that sells reimen, there 60-70 stores in Beppu. Reimen is not sold is Tamahachi（玉八）, but seems to be chilled ramen（hiyashi ramen,冷やしラーメン）. But this is only the summer sales.
