How many ways to say 'To love' is there in japanese? I think there are many more ways, like there are a greater varity, than in for example english where u can use the phrases I like u i'm fallen in love with u I love u

I like u あなた の こと が 好き です anata no koto ga suki desu
i'm fallen in love with u あなた に 恋 を しました anata ni koi wo simasita
I love u あなたを愛しています

Hard to say. There are infinitive way to express your emotion of love. It depends on the situation, place, man or woman, old or young, etc. Don't confuse. Those are only polite expressions. All are similar to "I love you" as you say.
