Pro baseball (NPB) starts at the end of march every year, so no chance for you.
J league (football) starts at the beginning of march so you will have the chance to watch a game. There are many Tokyo metro area teams: FCTokyo, Yokohama Marinos, Urawa Reds, Kashiwa Reysol, kawasaky Frontale, and more, the schedule is available since late January every year.
