If I were you, I would just google the model, then you would probably find an englsh version of the manual.

1.
運転 (power)
入/切 (on/off)
2. light
運転/燃焼 (operating/burning)
green: operating or reserved
red: burning
3.
オートセーブ (automatic saving energy)
green light
4.
フィルターサイン (air filter warning to clog dust)
red blinking
5.
ロック (lock)
green: locked
6.
室温/時間 (room temperature/time)
7.
設定室温 (set temperature)
現在室温 (current temperature)
おはよう (reserved time)
8.
おはよう (set start time)
9.
おやすみ (set end time)
10.
空気清浄 (air purifier)
強 (high)
弱 (low)

push 運転入/切 to start.
push 運転入/切 to stop.
push either one of arrows to adjust room temp. you desire.
ignore other buttons.
