flea markets in Tokyo on 28th and 29th Nov?

Any interesting recommendations? First time searching for flea markets which I have not been to in Japan . Thanks !

Ohi Racecourse in Shinagawa will open flea market on 29th November between 9:00-15:00 in the first car parking space.

Went to Shinjuku central park yesterday morning , there is was not a single soul for flea market.
very disappointing

Because it was the rain yesterday, flea market of Shinjuku Central Park was listed in the stop and the home page.
Oi Racecourse seems to have been held.
