Writing letter to host family

So, I was thinking of giving my host family a few options on what to call me. I'm pretty sure I made mistakes but here's what I've got so far.

でも、よかったられいまたはエラ/エリそしてよりとよんでください。

What I'm trying to say is:
If you want to, you can call me Rei or Ella/Elly or Yori. (Because my name is literally 依玲 which is Chinese for Elaine.)

Help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Writing names in Katakana is more easy to read.
でも、よかったらレイ、エラ、エリまたはヨリとよんでください

By the way, I think a option or two options is better.
エラまたはエリとよんでください
because they may be confused to select one from many options.

Hmm, maybe I should just list two then. Is there a way to say that they could call me anything else if they wanted to in Japanese?

By the way, エリ is a common Japanese female name.

Chinese name is pronounced in Japanese, like 習近平(Shu Kinpei), 胡錦濤(Ko Kintou), 毛沢東(Mou Takutou), 蒋介石(Shou Kaiseki)...
In this case, 依玲 is イレイ, I don't recommend it but if you want to impress your name's Kanji.
