Help me to identify old japanese singer!

Hello, everyone. Would you be so kind to help me with identifying some old japanese songs of 60-70s? I'm really tired of searching, and I will be very grateful if someone will assist me.

The singing is, I think Tsunehiko Watase.
Maybe, it is the theme song of the yakuza movie.
Once upon a time, it seems to have many appearances.

Tsunehiko Watase is an actor much much more than he is a singer. I think he has only released two songs, as far as singing is concerned.

Thanks everyone for replies. Voice is really very similar, but I don't think it's him. Nowhere is stated about his music career besides some CM songs. But these songs, I attached - ripped from audio cassete (brought in 80s from Japan by my father) full of this artist's songs in this style.
I want not just to know the artist, but to find all his songs. Unfortunately I don't know japanese at all and it makes the problem.
I would be very GRATEFUL for ANY HELP!

I am sure that this is Tetsuya WATARI. He is a well-known movie and TV drama actor, and also a very nice singer.
