How is it pronounced?

If the "r" is like the "r" in the English word "heart," then it will be heard as "da-a-ya," written ダーヤ.

If the "r" is the one you roll the tip of your tongue as in Spanish language, then it will be heard as "da-ru-ya," written ダルヤ.

"da-rya" → "ダリャ"
"da-ri-ya" → "ダリヤ"
"daa-ya" → "ダアヤ"
"dar-ya" → "ダルヤ"

It's up to you to choose the closest pronunciation.
You can also add "ー" to lengthen one of the vowels, depending on where the accent is:

ダールヤ (DAR-ya)

or

ダルヤー (dar-YA)

etc. etc.
