Movie theater in Tokyo

Were planning a trip and gonna watch the new Godzilla movie in 2016. Were staying at the Intercontinental Hotel at Tokyo Bay. So what will be the closest movie theater(Toho theater) to the hotel that would play it?

Maybe, in the theater is close Nichigeki(日劇）,Youraku-za（有楽座）, Miyuki-za（みゆき座）,Chanter（シャンテ）, perhaps, to be screened on a Nichigeki.
