Can you recommend me some websites to practice reading in Japanese? (I am a beginner and only know a few kanji)

If you're a beginner, don't worry about kanji yet, the most important things now are grammar and vocabulary. There is a lot of material with furigana that you can read without being slowed down by kanji overload.

You could try www.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/ This site uses mainly easier Kanji. If I understood it right, the site is aimed towards japanese children/youth.
If needed, there are Addons for Firefox (and probably other Browsers) which automatically add furigana to kanji [Firefox Addon name: Furigana Inserter].
