Other info like the Geisha Girl documentary

Hi Japan-Lovers!
First off, I love this website. So much information here!
I have seen the Geisha Girl documentary here, which I thought was amazing: http://kimonogeisha.com/2015/01/02/bbc-geisha-girl-documentary-2005/
and wanted to ask if you guys have more information about how to become a geisha/maiko/geiko in the form of movies or documentaries.
I know there is "Memoirs of a Geisha", but I heard there are a lot of inaccuracies.

English documentary may not be much, but it has been quite up on youtube if Japanese videos.
please try and search for like maiko、geisha、舞妓、芸者.

Unfortunately, my Japanese isn't really good yet.

Can you recommend anything in English or at least with Subtitles?

But also I would suggest Liza Dalby's book Geisha if you want to know everything about the history and inner workings of the Geisha world.
