Hi! I want to buy an unlocked Xperia Z2 LTE tablet in Japan and get a SIM card from i.e. eConnect. Will there be any problems with buying and using a smart phone or tablet as a tourist? Thanks!

Nope. Probably the hardest part is finding a retail store that carries the unlocked version. I can see them for sale online via amazon.co.jp, but no retail stores seem to be offering them.
