One of my Japanese friends will be returning to Japan soon, so I would like to write a farewell letter to her. I was wondering if there is any nice farewell messages in Japanese, and I was hoping some of you could give me some suggestions ^^

I'd suggest
大好きだよ(or 大好きです) - Daisuki-dayo, Daisuki-desu (I like you very much, can be accepted between females without any sexual meanings)
また会いましょう - See you again one day
あなた(or one's name)に会えて嬉しかったです
- (It was) nice to meeting you
