Gaba fermented soy milk 2015/1/21 17:49
Hi,
Back in Tokyo I bought some kind of soy milk from a Lawson 100 store in Odaiba. It said on the sticker it contained gaba and from a previous question 2 years ago it was said to be fermented soy milk.

They have started selling soy milk (non GMO) in the shops here but none seem to taste like the one I found. I can see no "gaba" on the containments.

There are with sugar and without avalable. Not sure if the milk is fermented though.

I don't think GABA affects any taste difference. GABA is a lactic acid fermentation food.
Buy a KIBUN soy milks.

It says "reasonable sweetness". Meiraku adjusted the sweetness flavor and I suppose you didn't like the taste, it often happens.

I recommend you to try this, Kibun soy milk(to-nyu) tea flavor. You can find at major supermarkets. It tastes good.
