Can someone please tell me what this says?

Am I supposed to take 3 tablets once a day, or one tablet daily for 3 days? Thanks!

From the top:

"Once per day, (the prescription is) for three days
Take 2 tablets at one time
In the morning, after meal (after breakfast)."

So there are a total of six tablets, I hope?

Oh dear, I just realized I`ve been taking only half a dose for the past 2 days! I thought it said one tablet once a day for 3 days, I checked with my supervisor and she said yes, I thought the 2 underneath was Katakana.
No wonder I`m still feeling sick! But thanks heaps for the translation.
