I have a huawei wifi router which i use in Australia, it is unlocked so can use any carrier. Has anyone else used one of these in Japan with a locally purchased sim?

there are many model of huawei wifi router.
a model no will greatly help as ppl need to know it freq. range etc. in order to check whether that particular model will work or not?
