Non-permanent hair color 2015/2/25 16:01
What is a brand of semi-permanent or 8 wash rinse hair color that's available in most pharmacies in Japan? All of the more well-known brands eg: Palty and Liese use bleach which is permanent.

In Japan, what is sold as "hair colour" usually contains bleach. Ask for "hair manicure" which is a colouring to coat your hair without bleaching it.
Many brands offering both hair colour and hair manicure. So you should be specific.

Thank you so much for this useful information! I went to both websites however it's hard to determine which is better for me as my Japanese knowledge is so limited :( From what I can gather, the Color Treatment is more like a rinse that washes out after a few weeks and the Hair Manicure is more like a semi-permanent (6 weeks), it this right?

So this was the only hair manicure I could find in my area, will it be okay as a non permanent? And do you know if I should apply it to wet or dry hair? Thanks heaps!
