http://support.hp.com/jp-ja/document/c02089074 0120-008-589, probably in Japanese. repair rate: http://support.hp.com/jp-ja/document/c01770720 expensive. better to buy a new one. if you have the recovery discs, you may replace hard disc drive to a new one by yourself. http://www.bunkai-pc.com/hp/I think you can ask the repair at PC shops at Akihabara like Sofmap, Pasokon-koubou, Dosu-para, etc. those are cheaper than HP.
