Starbucks has a menu, such as soy latte.
Perhaps, the location and sugar is located, could have been even soy milk pot.
So, ask what does not contain milk, there may be some way to put the Soy Milk.

If it does not find the soy milk,
Please ask "tounyu arimasuka?(Do you have soy milk?)"to the people of the shop.
Doutor has a menu called Uji Green tea Soy latte, Royal soy milk tea and Soy latte.
Hot drinks and ice drink has been sold.

Soy milk=豆乳(tounyu)

I had a vegan friend that lived in Japan for 3 years. As such - I can confirm that Starbucks has specific steamers and containers for Soy Milk only....

Once I confirm now, Uji Green tea Soy latte of Doutor seems to contain dairy products(milk).
The other two are not included in dairy products(milk).
It is included with the attached ● is in milk(乳).

If I look at the website now, milk is not turned on, but I hear that there is a possibility to be mixed.

So, if you want certainly avoid milk, Starbucks is certainty.
