Tokyo dinner with a view

Any recommendations for restaurants with city views for family dining? Not looking for expensive fine dining, but more affordable options with 2 teenage boys!
I've read the Japan Guide Restaurant page and Tokyo Food Guide page which are helpful in a general way.
Any specific recommendations would be welcome.

Thank you all for your helpful answers! I only found them today - I had been looking under the Travel questions and thought mine wasn't there.

In between your original posting and now, I had a great dinner at Washoku En in Shiodome - it's probably my favorite place in the whole Shiodome complex, view or no. There are also some nice affordable restaurants in the Nishi-Shinjuku skyscrapers; I like Sangendou in particular: http://www.bento.com/rev/2247.htmlThe places in the Skytree complex on the 30th floor tend to be a bit overpriced in my opinion, since they have a "captive audience" of tourists. By contrast, the skyscraper dining floors in Nishi-Shinjuku have been around for 25 years, so they've lost their novelty value and now have to compete on the basis of providing good value for money.
