I am traveling to Japan. When stationed there I lived in the Negishi(sp) housing in Yokohama.
Do they still have a Commissary and NEX in Yokohama?

The Negishi military location is basically closed now. Prehaps a few people haven't moved out yet, but otherwise, nothing else there. I don't believe you can expect to shop there now.
