You can't ask the shop to buy the set if it is in a gashapon vender.
It's either buy buy all gashapon until you complete to make the set, or, buy at gashapon shop where sell those sets you want to buy while stocks last. They get sold quickly if it's a popular gashapon.
Gashapon set shops are very limited in Akihabara, Nakano-broadway and any others.
