My father and sister are Japanese. How hard would it be for me to imigrate to Japan?

The best would be to contact the Japanese embassy in the country where you live. If your biological or adoptive father is Japanese, it would probably help, but I am only guessing. (Besides, you should always verify advice you got from friends or webpages with the authorities ^_^)

As mentioned, it's best to consult at your local Japanese Embassy.
I think it mainly depends on your nationality. For example, if you yourself possess Japanese nationality, you are free to come to Japan even if you have dual nationality. Also, Brazilians of Japanese descendant have advantages on living in Japan due to the history of the relationship between Japan and Brazil.
