Manual for Zojirushi TES-1100

I got Zojirushi TES-1100 with 100V-35W. All in Japanese so it's hard for me to understand. Can I use it in US? Can I get the manual in English fofr at least similar model. I think this one is outdated because I can not get even in Ebay or other online information.
Please give me some infofrmation how to us this one. Thank you.
