What is the smallest denomination that I can get from a 7/11 or JP bank ATM?
For instance 1500, 3200, 4250, 5421
Basically can I withdraw chump change?
Cheers

There are no coins in 7Eleven ATMs. Coins are available in Japan Post ATMs but I am not sure you can get withdraw something like 4510 yens with a foreign bank card...

From experience with a Caxton FX card (prepaid credit card, basically,) the only withdrawal options were in \10000 increments, from \10000 to \50000.

How strange, you'd expect a site about Japan to allow the symbol for Japanese Yen to be used...

from most atm's it will be 1000 yen notes. pretty sure the 7/11 atms only issue 10,000 yen notes.
