Does anyone know where you can get free Ninja or Kimono photo shoot? If there is no free one, how about the cheapest one in Tokyo or Osaka?

Option 1: Buy some cheap black pajamas and then wrap a cheap black scarf around your head and face, leaving just a slit for your eyes. Strike a ninja like pose. Ask your friend to take photos. From Tokyo, you could go visit Edo Wonderland in Nikko, and rent costumes (for a fee) and enjoy the park visit.
