NTT vs B-mobile Japan visitor sim card

I'm going to Japan for a week and currently eyeing these 2 visitor sim cards.
Which one is better among the 2? Do they have the same range of connectivity? I'm planning to go to Tokyo, Kobe, and Hakodate so I'm not sure which one of the 2 has better connectivity in these areas.
If anyone has better options, feel free to share!

Both are served by docomo's mobile network, so they should have the same coverage.
