Shop with shoulder shopping bags in Akiba?

There are a few bag shops on Chuo-dori Ave in Akihabara where anime shops gather. I think you can buy it there.
Alternatively, Muji and Uniqlo also sell such a bag in Akiba-tolim which is the other side of Chuo-dori ave towards Showa-dori ave.

I think you will see Muji and Uniqlo stores in large stations include Tokyo sta.
