I am trying to find a place to buy a standard toilet and what the price is of a standard toilet (no washlet/electronics)

The only one I found is at www.komeri.co.jp for 28000 yen

That one is just the toilet bowl. You'd need the tank that goes with it as well (41,800 yen).

You'd need to have it professionally installed in any case - any home center nearby that you can ask at?

OP TWC-3/LR8 toilet does come with tank (without hand wash faucet ontop tank).

... link is much expensive ab|yPOgt/qfQO as it include tank with hand wash faucet and also RG20 washlet seat type.

those are not standard toilet.
