Hi all. Anyone know a good place to buy a reasonably priced, new denshi jisho? Not sure what kind of model I'm after yet, maybe just a 1000yen cheapo one, or maybe something more expensive. I'd like to take a look at what's on offer before I choose. So, any idea where I might look? I'm tempted to say Akihabara but I don't know.
Thanks!

Pretty much any large electronics store will have a selection of them, although with your budget you're already priced out of 99% of the market.
Maybe consider a smartphone app instead? Imiwa? for iphone is pretty good and free.

Thanks. If that's the case then I'll just have to shop around a few stores. Sorry if I wasn't clear: I don't really have a budget to be honest and I have been toying with the idea of getting one of the flashy Casio models, just need to decide whether or not it will be worth it. A large selection of dictionaries and handwritten kanji input would both be very nice. Appreciate the recommendation but smartphone app is not really an option for me regardless of how much money it might save me.

I don't think you'll find anything for 1000 yen new. Perhaps put a not e on craigslist etc to see if there is anyone who has one they no longer use.
