First of all, US$20 does not equal 130,828 yen.
Think of Japanese yen as being like dollars written in cents, and put a decimal place before the last two numbers (e.g. 1000 to 10.00; 1000 cents equals $10.00). That gives you a better idea of how the yen relates to the dollar. This isn't fully accurate, though: 100 yen = 0.83 US dollars at the moment, so then take off 20%.
E.g. Item costs 1000 yen. Put decimal place in to become 10.00 (or $10). Remove 20%. Item costs about $8 US dollars.
Or just use a currency converter.

Well 130,828 Yen is 130,828 Yen. That's how much money it is.
Now, are you asking how much is 130,828 Yen in American currency?
If so, use a currency converter like xe.com
