Hi,
I had purchased mobile handset when I was there in japan last time.
I had service contract and while returning to my country, I had closed contract properly.
Now i am again going to japan for long term.
can I use same handset to have new contract again.

Can't say without more information. Overall it depends on the type of handset, the original carrier and how long ago you were in Japan.
