Hi I accidentally left my camera in its orange/black pouch today 09Nov15
I have called JR lost and found (050-3772-3910) but they dont speak much english Was on Shinkansen Nozomi 222 trip from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo Need some help please The pictures in the camera is precious...

If you are still in Japan and you are sure you've left your camera on Shinkansen train, the best thing to do is ask concierge or receptionist at your hotel to make an inquiry at JR lost and found on your behalf. I hope your camera will be found.

Sorry to hear that. Try this number: 050-2016-1603. It is for the JR East information office in Tokyo and they do have English speaking staff. They are available from 10:00-18:00. Ah I managed to get my camera back A japanese guy who can speak english at Tokyo station helped me thru till i get my camera back at the lost and found
He rejected my tip offer to repay him for this kindness And left empty handed
I hope i can repay his kindness in the future And thanks all for the help =)
