Try Google? I typed in "Pokemon Cafe Japan" and got lots of hits.

However if you read the links you'll realize that the pokemon cafes were all limited run pop-ups. I haven't heard of any others planned at the moment, so its hard to say if there will be one running next year.

There was a Pokemon Cafe in Shibuya earlier this year, but it was indeed just a 2- or 3-month thing.
They do those temporary cafes a lot, but as someone said before, it's hard to know when.
You can always go to the Pokemon Center to get lots of Pokemon merch ^^
