Which is the best beef in your opinion? Are all served yakiniki style?

They are very famous, but I think 1st Ishigaki, 2nd Sendai 3rd Miyazaki. There are some different cooking style... for example, Shabushabu, Yakiniku, Sukiyaki, and Steak.
In my opinion, to find good restaurant (of each cooking style) is more importnat in Japan. Cheers

As said above it comes down to cooking style and personal preference. For me Hida beef was amazing and I don't normally eat beef at home. Kobe was good but I wasn't blown away by it. Maybe it was the expectation...
