When is the season of Oden?

i am coming to Tokyo by JAL in March 2016.
i read from blogs that oden is sold during autumn and winter.

which part of Tokyo can I get street food oden?

"Street food" oden was popular years ago, but it's pretty rare nowadays, especially since you can get oden in many convenience stores.

"Conveni Oden" exactly easiest get for bring back to the hotel
but a bit not enough as real taste just one of fast food.
