Hi, I am brazillian and I am going to Kakegawa-shi/Shizuoka-ken. I want to buy an used iphone to use in Brazil. How do I proceed? I've heard that all japaneses iphones are locked. Thanks.

You can buy unlocked iphones in Japan either new direct from apple, or from resellers like iosys who carry both new and used models.
