Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows about whether the souvenir shop, especially the harry potter section can be accessed without needing to purchase a ticket to the park?

There is one gift shop outside the park gates, but when I was there (November 2014) it did not sell Harry Potter merchandise. It sold mostly the cartoon character goods (e.g. Snoopy and Peanuts, Hello Kitty, etc.).
I believe there is an online shop, though.
