Where can I find wagashi workshop in Tokyo?

I would like to take a wagashi workshop in Tokyo area with some friends. The search results on internet give me workshops in Kyoto or other cities, but I am looking for one in Tokyo, if possible not too expensive and with English option.

There is a traditional wagashi shop in Tokyo, Bunkyo-ku called Ikkoan, and from what I have heard the shop owner does classes/ workshops. I don�et recall the name of the agency that organizes it, but it should be possible to google it.
