2nd hand bicycles Osaka

Hello,

currently studying in Osaka, but it's time to buy myself a bicycle. The issue is I need one with gears (at least 3), but I can't seem to find any shops with these as 2nd hand.
New these are way too expensive starting at 21000 yen, while in the Netherlands for that you get a race bicycle or good mountain bike.

I've been searching online, but can't seem to find any good shops, so I was hoping someone knew where to buy them.

You must be assembled mostly on their own part, such as the mounting of the handle.

Caution is needed because the theft of the bicycle is large in Osaka.

I have to check that shop guess, since they online part is not really clear to me (site looks very old).

I don't think amazon is a good place to buy bicycle though, since I can't test them.
