Is there platform for foreigners in Japan?

Hi,

I love foreigners,especially living in Japan.
I am so curious about foreigners living in Japan and
have been looking for every opptunity to communicate
with foreingners living in Japan, but I haven't been successful to
find the tool, place or platform I can communicate with
foreigners in Japan and exchage skill each other.

My question is if anyone who knows such platform which
foreigners in Japan and Japanese can communicate and exchange skill each other?

If there isn't such platform, do you want to have it?
