Software to add Furigana to Kanji?

I wish to add furigana readings to the kanji in a text document (microsoft word). I know that Microsoft Word already has this tool but it has a very small character limit and the documents are very long.
Is there any other software that does this?

You can do in manually in HTML - https://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/OpenOffice, I believe does what you are looking for. Having never tried it though, I can't comment on whether it is any good or not. Of course Japanese word processors also have good rubi support too. HTML is a flexible option, but not necessarily the most straightforward.

You could export it to html and open it in Firefox with the "Furigana Inserter" add-on.
