Polite speech: - Choushoku ni nani wo tabetai desu ka. (What do you want to eat for breakfast?) You can replace "choushoku" with "chuushoku," and "yuushoku" to say lunch and dinner.
Casual/informal speech: - Asa-gohan ni nani wo tabetai? You can replace "asa-gohan" with "hiru-gohan" and "yuu-gohan" to say lunch and dinner.
(You can use "asa-gohan, "hiru-gohan, and "yuu-gohan" for both styles, but the words I used in the "polite speech" is less casual.)
