Kurokawa onsen village status

Hi
I plan to travel from Kyoto to kurokawa onsen village on May 17 and later go on to Kagoshima and yakushima island
Do suppose transportation would be resumed at that time?

As mentioned above, buses from Fukuoka started to run again today (although they do incur some delay due to a detour). Buses between Kumamoto and Kurokawa; however, won't be running until at least May 1 because the area between Kumamoto and Kurokawa is the worst-hit area of the earthquakes.
Unless there is some additional major damage occurring from now, access to Kurokawa from the north should be no problem in mid May; but I think it is better not to plan on traveling between Kumamoto and Kumamoto in at least early to mid May.
