From Miyazaki Station bus center (Eki basu noriba), bus 965 for The Nichinan Coast and Obi goes through the Phoenix Miti-no-eki, Udo Shrine, and down to Obi. It leaves from "Nishi 3" (3) on the map. http://www.miyakoh.co.jp/bus/noriba/post_80.htmlI think a 1-day tourist bus pass is Y1000. They are sold near "B" on the bus stop map. Bus schedule (Japanese): http://www.miyakoh.co.jp/bus/rosen/0_jikoku/9-02_20160401.pdfThe second table down starts at Miyazaki Station and is Y890 to the Phoenix Mitinoeki. If you have a JR pass, you can take a train to JR Uchizumi Station and pick up a northbound bus for the Miyazaki Airport and get off at "Horikiri Touge" bus stop. The Phoenix "Miti-no-eki" is a short walk (1km) along the coastal road south.
