Coin Laundry close to Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Hello, I will be staying in Shinagawa Prince Hotel for 4 days and I was just wondering if there are any coin laundry close to the hotel, preferably walking distance to it?
If there are other alternatives, please also let me know.

One of the few hotels in Japan that doesn't have it's own coin laundry. They want you do pay top dollar for their services. I wonder why so many people stay at these westernized rip off hotels.
