I'm going to be in Tokyo in October, and plan to visit the CCS Animate cafe in Ikebukuro
Having issues with how the booking system works.
I know I need a JP address and number, could I use a my current Tenso account?
Also card payment
Could I use my non-JP credit card?

The address and phone number of your hotel should do. Your card should work, too.
