What does "ミツフイー" mean? I found this on google and am curious. No google translations please.

I am alway amazed by how people throw random words/sentences here without the slightest bit of context. It's like they are deliberately trying to make it harder to make sense of it. For someone who's asking others to do their work for them, that's disrespectful, to say the least.
